Story

We are a family run Bed and Breakfast in Finchley set in 3 large Edwardian houses which, whilst offering guest the highest standards of comfort and service, retain many of the original Edwardian architectural features.

Our B&B in Finchley is open all the year round and offer single, double, treble and family rooms, all with en-suite facilities.

We cater for business persons and visitors to London. Being situated in North Finchley we are five minutes walk from Woodside Park underground station (direct to the City and West End in 25 minutes), also next to major bus routes, and within reach of the A1, M25 and A406 North Circular Road.

Parking is available on site but reservation is not possible

We are ideally placed for anyone visiting the Wembley Complex, Alexandra Place, Copthall Stadium and North or Central London with the advantage of not having to pay Central London prices!

I stay for a week for its location. But I will not be returning next time I visit London. I'd sooner pay more somewhere else. It is old, musty and somewhat run down. And it is best to skip the breakfast as food was old and questionable. Service was so-so. It is a glorified AirBNB at best. A certain staff member was even rude. Very disappointed!
100% recommended place to stay in London - quiet and safe neighborhood, 5 min walk to Tube station Northern line, guesthouse itself is very quiet, very clean, beds were comfortable, room had air conditioning, I also have to mention check-in procedure - it took no more than 1 minute - never nowhere it went so quick. Simply perfect.
A very good guest house. Almost a small hotel. We are quite happy with our 9 days stay here. Housekeeping personnel consists of brilliant people. Reception is always helpful. You can make your breakfast which was over my expectations with a decent garden view. Current rating is very well deserved
Booked this place for guests to stay over for a wedding in the family and they loved the rooms. We got the two bedroom flat at the top level. It was very nice, clean and perfect for them. Perfect location to the high Street which has everything from shops to restaurants to barbers etc.Rooms: 5/5

The B&B is unfortunately worn down in many aspects. The room was only superficial clean, but if you looked closer, there was dirt in some areas. For example, the bed sheets had holes, and the ventilation was dusty. The insulation of wires in the room is only provisional. During breakfast, some of the provided food was expired. Stayed end of July 23 We were not able to tell the staff, as it doesn't understand or speak English. There was no good choice either. We expected at least some British breakfast in a B&B. The only advantage is the vicinity to the subway, which takes approximately 30 minutes to the center. Rooms: Quite old rooms which clearly need renovation.
Great location, rooms were decent for what you pay. Only downside is that there are no clear and quick ways to get hold of staff in the evening / night. Close to the tube and well located for Finchley too.
Comfortable and clean room with en suite washroom and all facilities. Perfect location for easy access to tube. Me and my husband had a lovely stay for 6 nights. The manager and staff were friendly and super helpful. Highly recommended!Rooms: 5/5
I've stayed here several times. The rooms are clean, spacious & comfortable & the staff friendly, with a kind of family feel that makes you feel welcome. They remember you, so each time you return you feel at home. The breakfast is excellent & the dining hall light & airy. You're very near to public transport Woodside Park Station is at the end of the road & the a main shopping street studded with nice places to eat. In short, the guest house is a lovely alternative to the many faceless chains in London. I'm looking forward to being a regular in future!
A real find! This is a perfect guest house. You get a friendly welcome and even a complimentary bottle of . Large comfortable en suite room, in a Victorian house with bay windows. Excellent continental breakfast buffet. Perfect location. I highly recommend it.Rooms: 5/5
