Loved the hotel. Rooms were very efficient and used the small space extremely well. We had lots of suitcases and everything was comfortable and fit well. Great housekeeping support for towels and paper goods as needed. The breakfast and evening socials were outstanding. Front desk staff were warm and accommodating. A little far from the center of the city though would definitely stay here again.
We were extremely comfortable here. They were quick to get us in our rooms too and after a long day of travel it was so appreciated. They were really welcoming and made check in super easy. The rooms were really nice and plenty of space for us. They had great amenities as well! We had a king bed and a huge shower as well. Very comfortable!
I can’t say enough about the prompt and accommodating staff! Janash was absolutely amazing! We had some issues with the air in our room and he immediately got us settled in another room and showed true hospitality! On another note, our room didn’t get cleaned and Ben came up and cleaned within 20 minutes! The customer service alone deserves 5 stars!
Overall would recommend. The service was polite and the price point is good for London. The room was spacious and comfortable. Not walkable to attractions, transit is necessary. There was leftover food in our ice bucket from the previous guest.Rooms: 5/5
Just got back from a 3 night stay here. Family of 4. 2 children under 4. What a fabulous place. Staff are brilliant particularly at reception. Room are modern and spacious. Breakfast fantastic. Would absolutely recommendRooms: 5/5
Good location and helpful front desk. The restaurant in the lobby needs help but this review won't reflect the restaurant separate review for that. The rooms were clean. It was slow getting towels replaced.... up to an hour. The bed is very comfy and the layout of the room couldn't be better. The reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is the hall was full of disgusting used trays with old food on them and rice allover the place. 24 hours later the trays were still there on the floor. There's no excuse to leave dirty trays for 24+ hours on the floors outside the rooms. Rooms: Rooms were great Nearby activities: Walking distance to abbey road and various restaurants. Conveniently in front of a Persian place that serves dessert and food. Safety: Safe Walkability: Very, and has tube nearby Food & drinks: Lobby restaurant is a 3/5 Noteworthy details: Trays don't get picked up in timely manner and makes the hallway smell and visually repulsive
A little far from some of the major London sites and the city around it isn’t great but the hotel was very comfortable. Would go back for the comfort and convenience of the restaurant. The breakfast was greatRooms: 5/5
Worst Marriott, I have ever stayed at! I feel like I'm being scammed. They asked me for £50 deposit even though I paid fully over a month before the stay. The receptionist was not nice and made me feel like I was being judged and discriminated against. I have been a customer of Marriott hotels for over 6 years, and this hotel made me feel like it was time to choose another brand. They did not mention how I would get my deposit back at the time of check-in and out. I waited for a week after the stay, and I haven't got my money back. I contacted them, and they said it would take 5 working days. However, it has been 2 weeks, and I still haven't received anything. If you are driving, they charge £40/day for parking.
This was a wonderful spot for our family of five to book 2 rooms for our long weekend in London. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The club level add-on was suggested at check-in and it was a great deal for our family. The omelette made by ANTONIO CARRANO SENIOR SOUS CHEF at breakfast was excellent! He runs a top notch kitchen with a beautiful layout and plentiful choices. The front desk suggested an excellent Persian restaurant across the street. Our family also enjoyed the afternoon lounge snacks and beverages before heading out to our next event Rooms: The rooms are modern, clean, comfortable and quiet. They have good lighting, plenty of space, clean, fresh sheets, and towels, tea and coffee service, mini fridges. One of our rooms had a nice view of an interior garden area. Nearby activities: It was a 30 minute tube ride to get to Oxford Circus, as well as Kensington Palace. It’s six stops away from Wembley Stadium on the Bakerloo line. Safety: It is a 7 minute walk to the Bakerloo line. The walk is uphill. The area is typical downtown feeling. I felt safe walking around even late night after a concert. The hotel is fine, but outside this is not an easy area to navigate for anyone with mobility challenges. There are uneven sidewalks and road crossings Walkability: It is a 7 minute walk to the Bakerloo line. The walk is uphill. The area is typical downtown feeling. I felt safe walking around even late night after a concert.
Booked the hotel for a mini staycation upon arrival, was told that we had been upgraded to a Junior Suite. The staff went above and beyond and the suite itself was beautiful. Highly recommend the hotel. Located closely to the underground and a lot of local shops around for convenience too. Private parking underground is also reasonably priced and very safe and secure. My 2nd time staying at this hotel and would definitely visit again.
