I visit this dentist all the time I have had loads of problems it never faises them they always try everything that suits you as a person even  referring you else where  if needed I’m currently under Bebo fantastic

I had my braces fitted in July of Dr.Chohan after my normal dentist Bebo referred me to him, i'm very pleased with the results already and they are'nt even off yet! he has been very professional and explained my treatment thoroughly so i understood everything that was happening. Such a lovely caring practice Would highly recommend.

I saw Dr. Thakur today. I greeted her rather sheepishly and told her I was nervous. She did not appear sympathetic and when I asked her if she saw many nervous patients she said no which I found rather hard to believe and a tad belittling. She asked me what do I want again rather sharply which I felt was a little confusing. I haven't been to the dentist in years so a general sweep seemed sort of obvious. She said she could straighten etc which I didn't come in for, I think she just meant generally though, but this is a democratic decision on our parts. She did a sort of half bothered sweep on my mouth and proceeded to ask what do I want. By this point I felt uncomfortable. She asked about pain so I told her generally all over I've sensitive teeth but specially near my wisdom which is coming in. She told me she thought it'd be because it's coming in crooked. I said oh really and she made a comment saying well it's obvious don't you look or something to that effect again a tad harshly, which again found a little rude. So she took an X ray and such and said I could remove the wisdom depending on pain tolerability etc. By this time I just wanted to leave in honesty, so said if there is pain I'd consider that completely. I tried to bring humour and lightness to the conversation but just felt rather awkward. She handed me a piece of paper saying don't drink fizzy drinks etc which I understand is important but found a tad patronising for my age really. Anyway on a positive note the reception handled my nervousness well, whomever I spoke to online anyway was so, so lovely and the dental assistant seemed fine. I applaud Dr. Thakur's charity work and don't really doubt her ability as a dentist I suppose but feel her bedside manner needs a little improvement. I'd say for nervous patients perhaps another dentist would be better. I'm unsure whether I will return to the practice or see another dentist there at this point sadly.
