Recently joined this practise with a poor experience with another dental practise in the area.  Really good experience, professional staff, friendly, very informative, surgery is very clean and up to a great standard.

I was registered with this dentist for over 10 years… I had a phone call conversation with an aggressive, rude, incompetent receptionist. The dentists are really good. I would have gone private with the surgery but the disgusting receptionist have made me change my mind. The receptionists need training on how to speak to people. Trying to intimidate someone over the phone just goes to show the type of place you’re dealing with. Never again! Will be taking my business elsewhere. I would highly recommend anyone reading this to not use this surgery as you barely get a chance to see the dentist.. it’s the horrible receptionists you’re dealing with… also newcastle has many many wonderful private dentists

I have been with this dental surgery for a number of years, I couldn't recommend them highly enough. If I've needed emergency treatment for a broken tooth or fillings replaced I've been seen straight away.The receptionists are so friendly and personable, nothing is too much for them, the dentists, receptionists, hygienist and the rest all go above and beyond. Thank you for an amazing service

If it was possible to give a minus in stars I would. The receptionist was a charva for sure. She was extremely rude and interrupted me multiple times. I desperately needed to be seen as I was in a lot of pain and needed fillings done. She disregarded everything that I said and continued to speak over me and made me upset. I was willing to go in as private to stop the pain but because of how awful she was on the phone I decided to go to a different dentist. What an awful scary unprofessional women on the phone. The receptionist also accused me of setting up appointments 2 years ago and then not attending intentionally which was impossible as I was not in the country during the time of these alleged appointment set ups. Spoke to her on the 26th Wednesday 2023. Even if you are willing to pay private do not go to this dentist.

Staff always really friendly and My Dentist always appreciates how i feel when it comes to my treatment i.e needles and gives me the best care. Have been coming for years and even registered my kids and very pleased with this practice

very friendly staff who are outgoing and very kind, every visit has never been disappointing and has left me satisfied with my service. i would 100% recommend this dental practice to my family and friends

I agree with the other reviews. The dentists here are great, the receptionists however, are not just customer focused, even for private patients like myself. They do not try and help their patients in any way, and they also can't see that the policies of the practice don't always make sense. Such a shame, as I was recommended this practice and I really liked the dentist I saw, but I will have to go elsewhere, just to get better customer service from the people who pick up the phone.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The most impolite and rude receptionist I have ever spoken to. No manners or respect for her clients. You would think her dad owns the practice with her mannerless behaviour. Dont know how she has managed to get a job where the main role is to liaise with clients. Absolutely disgraceful. There's no excuse for her to speak to people the way she does. This practice will be losing more clients thanks to her incompetence and disgusting attitude. She is clearly suffering from amnesia. She sent out an appointment without my consent and then retracted her statement. And instead of dealing with it like a professional, she removed me off the system as a patient. I had never even booked the appointment. Absolute moron. I will be reporting to the GDC

I’ve been using this dentists for a number of years and have never had anything but professional caring polite service the receptionists are all very friendly and knowledgeable, the hygienist and dentist are so welcoming and put you to ease straight away..there is a lovely relaxing feeling at this surgery and I would defiantly recommend to anyone needing a dentist.. keep up the good work

Great dental practice! Lovely staff, very friendly and always welcoming. I would recommend this dental practice to family and friends as I always have a pleasant experience coming to this dentist.
