I have never ever had any bother with this practice until I rang up a couple off month ago about my dentures Being to big and I was told I had to find a new dentist struggling to find a practice that takes NHS patients. It's such a shame as all the staff were friendly.
This dental practice is excellent kind professional and very clean have always been able to get an appointment whenever I need one. Especially good for emergency treatment. I was an extremely scared of dentist so my teeth were bad but the dentist here make you feel less anxious
Rude staff, changed my dental appointment without telling me. Have a small baby so finding a time where my partner can get off work so I can have my appointments is very difficult. Had the correct address, email and still failed to inform me that my appointment had changed to a later date. I was greeted rudely with “are you here for the dentist” .. “well we don’t have dentists here on this day anymore, we haven’t for weeks”.
it was really terrible. When we registered we examined first time everything was fine however, we didn`t get any appointment nearly 2 months. They always postpone us. Finally We got an appointment as we were waiting the nurse came and said us `sorry we can not have you because your wife needs an interpreter` even though the person who was on the desk told us you can come without interpreter. So I wanted to cancel my registration after that person in charge on desk said me `Ok i cancelled your appointment. But today I have got letters say `you need to come and complete your treatment. I THINK IT IS A JOKE. ` My dentist! ` you are not our dentist anymore.
i have been trying for over 2 years to get an appointment at this surgery but the never have a dentist available, might aswell just close down , an utter disgrace
Absolutely ridiculous practice, I have a broken back and because I missed two appointments they removed me from there books even after I had offered to either show proof or pay for those missed appointments. The receptionist thought this was a funny occurrence and decided to to be sarcastic and belligerent on the phone would never recommend, steer well clear. I didn't even receive a letter to inform me of what had happened three and a half years and this is how they treat there patients.
Best dentist around. Very professional and always on point to what you expect. Unsure about the negative reviews on this but the receptionist has always been kind and very helpful. Not a bad word I can say about the place.
Absolutely brilliant staff especially the dental receptionist great with my son who is autistic and the dread of that appointment but she made him at ease beginning and end and we will bring that chart in that yr gave him which he's very eager to do thanks so much and his tooth paste but honestly I only hide the ones he can't use not all and moody Margaret looking forward to her nxt visit nxt n week
How can a dental practice not have a dentist on ground for 2 weeks!? This is absurd. Shutting down permanently might be more appropriate.
Very friendly and professional staff. They make 40 minutes of dental work seem like coffee with friends.
