Great hotel in heart of Portree. Fantastic nights sleep, facilities were brilliant. Breakfast. Good choice freshly cooked and well presented. Accommodated all my needs. Will definitely stay again and recommendRooms: 5/5
Rooms were much bigger inside than expected, the halls are just a bit oddly ordered since it's an old building. Parking around the back is a bit tricky to get to. Personally, I wasn't able to get the Van around the hidden corner and parked but the host was very nice and walked out with us to show us how to get in.Rooms: 5/5
Owners are such a delight! They were so helpful in accommodating us when our travel was disrupted by bad weather. You will feel well cared for at the Caledonian. The rooms are no frills, but spacious, very clean, and well cared for. Excellent location and good breakfast. Owners are lovely and very helpful with local recommendations!
Absolutely loved our stay at the Caledonian Hotel during our 2 nights in Skye. Despite our initial expectations as first-time visitors to Skye, the hotel exceeded them. The room, though compact, was impressively renovated with a modern touch and spotlessly clean. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful bonus.

The owners are phenomenal, absolutely wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was lovely, the place is clean and well taken care of. One of the best stays we had in the UK, would 100% go back and highly recommendRooms: 5/5

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Nice clean spacious rooms. Friendly staff, nice breakfast. I would definitely come here to stay again. Nearly forgot to mention what a great host Thomas was
Wonderful little place with great breakfast and very friendly staff. Thomas was the best host I’ve ever had by far and the experience wouldn’t have been the same without him. We stayed here during our rabbies 3 day isle of Skye tour and it is very centrally located. You can easily get to several restaurants, the co op market and the bus station.
