Ian and Rose were amazing. The B&B was very clean and had everything you need. Rose made me breakfast even when I came home after weird hours in the hospital and the breakfast is amazing. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic. Very welcoming.  I travel alot for work so I am a frequent B&B stayer. Rooms are spotless and warm. breakfast is the best I've had anywhere. Great choices on the menu.  Village just a few mins walk away and a pub next door.  Brilliant hosts. Well done

Rose and Ian were really friendly. House and outside were well maintained . Our breakfast was delicious. Kids were in love with Rose's 2 lovely dogs, lexy and Sky. They really missed the do gs..highly recommended Rooms: 5/5

Rose and Ian are really welcoming and Easdale is spotlessly clean. The "full irish" is amazing - you won't be needing anything else to eat until at least dinner!!! Rose even got up to make us breakfast when we were leaving at 5.15am.  will definitely go backRooms: 5/5

Rose is the perfect hostess , super friendly. Lovely room , lots of room for your things , brilliant shower and a comfortable bed. Would definitely return and stay again , hope to very soon.

Ian and Rose are the epitome of Irish Hospitality. They were very welcoming and couldn't do more for you. Our room was comfortable and had a wonderful power shower. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Would recommend this fabulous B&B to anyone looking for a base while cycling the Greenway.

Lovely hosts, clean and cosy rooms - felt like a home from home. Such a comfy bed - lovely and quiet outside too.  Absolute loved the breakfast choices - the pancakes were amazing!  Plenty to explore nearby, we had dinner in Waterford which was just a 10 minute drive away.

The place was spotless, clean and has all amenities. Ian and Rose were great hosts. The double bedroom ensuite was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There was safe and secure space for our bikes as well. The breakfast was abundant and fresh. The lounge area allow the guests to settle in the house as well. Overall we would recommend this place as it is a hidden gem. It is true about the Waterford hospitality, super friendly and accommodating. A perfect place to stay of you are cycling the green way.
