I cannot recommend this store enough. I was looking for a bike to suit road cycling but also would help me climb easier and wanted something different. I found staff knowledgeable, courteous and easy to approach. I am now the proud owner of a Lapierre and the store also spent the time completing a bike fit. After two weeks of using this bike I am more than happy with how this bike feels, the comfort is amazing and climbing hills is just so much easier. Changing gear is smooth and it's a pleasure to be out and about. It's true you pay for what you get, and have had numerous compliments on the look of the bike (pictures do not do it justice). excellent customer service in my opinion. Will definitely be recommending.

Great bike shop with excellent staff that are very helpful. Really recommend a visit as they have a quality range of bikes.

Very poor nobody gets back to you or responds to feedback. Ordered a part 9th Dec still waiting. Would not recommend this site.

Friendly, Knowledgeable staff. Great Layout, best looking Bike Shop I've ever seen. The guys were really helpful considering I don't know much about riding there was no hard push to buy just genuine advice on what would be most suited to my needs. They even have a dedicated ladies section. I'll Definitely be back!!!
