I've urgently needed to fix my flat tire. It was done quickly even in Sunday late afternoon plus with smile :)  I can only recommend this shop!

Really poor customer service. We waited for 15-20 mins to speak to a sales assistant. When we did I explained my budget and the type of mountain bike I was looking to buy. The sales assistant then tried the hard sell on a bike that was £250 over my budget. When I asked about helmets and which one he'd recommend I was told to 'just pick one'. He was extremely unhelpful and if I'd let him I would've parted with over a grand in less than 5 minutes. Very much felt like we were in the way and all he wanted was the sale, not to help us. We left the shop, went to a competitor round the corner, was given fantastic service, and I picked up a great bike. Safe to say I won't be recommending this shop to friends.

Using Edinburgh bicycle now for few years. Relabel, professional and welcoming. Not on the cheap spectrum of coast but worth it.

These guys are amazing, after having an accident on my new bike bought from the Newcastle shop only a few days earlier, I took it back to get it repaired and 24 hours later I got a message to say it was ready for collection. Not only did they do a great repair job but they didn't charge me for it. Like I said, amazing. Customer service and satisfaction beyond my expectations, 5 stars isn't enough.
