In an industry where so many companies rely on loads of hype and very little substance, it’s refreshing to see a company like Vielo that does the exact opposite. Quality products and legendary customer service is what you can expect from the Vielo team, the nicest most trustworthy guys on the market full stop. Bought a few products from them, can’t wait to get my Vielo V+1 frame and I’ll keep following them closely and recommending them to my friends as you just can’t go wrong with these guys.

Absolutely brilliant company. The products are great and the customer service is always impeccable! Definitely one of the friendliest and most diligent companies around.
The Vielo V+1 is by far the best bike I have ever ridden. I now actively hunt out disused railway lines and gravel tracks to cycle where there are no cars. The bike is so fast I still use it on the road as well instead of my expensive road bike!, especially when I know there will be potholes. I can ride it in all weathers on all terrains. It’s just awesome!
Quite simply some of the nicest guys in the business. They also make some incredible bikes.
