I enquired about bikes to a lovely lady who was busy working away, fixing up a bike, and in no time has answers. Shop is lovely. Spot on with her answers and called me with the last question. 5 start service Heather at Team Valley!!. Thank younUpdate. We went back later today and tested and bought the items of interest. We got so much information. We also got help with a helmet, pump, and lock along with info on the correct car rack. Help for my friend who hasn't rode for 30 years was second to none. We will be back tomorrow to collect. Thank you once again. My friend feels like it's Christmas
I needed a bulb changed on my car, I could not access it through the wheel arch. The young lad out in the car port was really good and made it look easy. He was really busy but gave excellent service. And deserves recognition
Took about an 1hr & 20 to fit both front and rear dashcam. Staff were really friendly and gave a briefing on operation. Fitting was spot on, no wires or cables showing. Great value for the equipment and fitting hence
Shocking service after buying an electric bike on 22nd Nov, went back 2 weeks later to collect only to be told the depot had cancelled as no stock left. I wasn't kept informed. Have been in touch with them almost every week since to find out where the rest of my refund is, but get passed all over the place. STILL WAITING 5 weeks later for almost £1500!! Will be going elsewhere for my bike if I ever get my money back!
Brilliant customer service today from Brandon at Team Valley Gateshead.nHe fitted a new battery on my Mini.nIt wasn’t a straightforward job as many components needed to be removed to get the battery out but he sorted it all without any issues.nBrandon is asset to your company!
