Staff are really helpful, always willing to help. However, you tend to need their help because the shop is a bit of a mess, going to boot cut jeans only to find skinny etc also there was no sizes on hangers so when the size was not clearly marked on top of the jeans it was really awkward going through a packed peg trying to find tags with the size. Resorted to going online.

Total shambles of a company!!! Pity I have to give a star to write this because believe me they don't deserve any. Horrible managers with zero customer service skills that will happily shout at you like a naughty school boy and tell you to leave if you disapprove of anything. Also heard from someone I know that she witnessed a manager threaten to call the police on a customer because they complained about the service they were receiving and wouldn't leave when they were told! Plus they don't even give refunds which is criminal! If people have any sense avoid any store at any cost. Sports Direct doesn't deserve your hard earned money

Very poor Sports Direct. The shop is a shambles as it’s far too small for the amount of stock it holds. I tend to avoid this one.
