Not sure how people can say they have a good stock, I found the collection limited. Customer service was awful, I was there to spend over £1000 and all I got was some quick tour of one or two bikes. The sales person didn't even bother taking time to explain few things. You get better customer service for buy a £2 McDonalds Happy Meal. Wont be parting with my money here.

Good stock and location but distinctly average (if that) service. Didn't even ask if I was ok after I'd obviously fallen off my bike. Was told couldn't get bike tyre and inner tube replaced for at least a week. New seat posted fitted incorrectly which could have proved hazardous.

Absolutely terrible customer service. It's my local bike shop so have been in to buy things many times. Today my back wheel jammed whilst I was out so I went in to borrow a pedal spanner to fix it. The guy said they don't lend out tools as people have stolen them before. Fair enough, but it was a 30 second job so asked if he could supervise me. "No". Asked how much it would cost for him to do it. "All work needs to be booked in". He was very rude to me and incredibly unhelpful. Carried my bike round the corner to cycle surgery (in Cotswolds) and they were happy to help. Literally 30 seconds later my bike was fixed for free. Can't recommend them enough. Won't be going to start cycles ever again.

Good range and good quality products, but really poor customer service on repeated occasions in this shop, which has always been super disappointing. When trying to research, trying to find the right bike, actually buying it and then trying to have them commit to (and meet) a collection date after we'd purchased has been a total ongoing saga - we have been promised dates to collect the bike that weren't met. Trying to get into any kind of dialogue with the staff is so difficult and they have always seemed super disinterested, as though it were a chore to take our money.

Luckily they have a large stock of bikes and kit which will keep them going despite rubbish customer service, I tried to give the place a chance but same old, not even good value, support your local cycle shop instead, better service and value.
