First class service at Gateshead Evans store today. Had some issues with stuck on pedals. Came down to see if they could help and they couldnt have done more. Would highly reccomend this store and staff are superb, in both attitude and service.

Used this store for my cycle to work scheme and was impressed with the service l recieved. Even said if l had a old bike at home they would give me an extra 50 pound towards a new bike or accessories . Spent it straight away and took goods home without handing my old bike in . Told to drop old bike off in a week or so which l was very impressed with . Left with a big smile a new bike ( no marks or scratches even though was on display ) and lots of accessories. Thankyou 😁. Metro centre branch.

Staff are spot on. Helped me out a few times now so a big thumbs up....in the past there has been a few numpties messing things up. They're gone so happy days 😉

I have always had a small hatred for bicycles but earlier this year I was looking for a way to keep fit and decided my hatred for bicycles was somewhat less of the hatred of the gym. I popped into Evans entirely on a whim as I was visiting Maplins next door just to enquire. I hadn't a clue what I wanted and honestly felt as though I was being a waste of time.

I spoke to a member of staff who talked me through their range of bikes and advised me what was best suited for what I wanted. They were very helpful and helped me choose a bike along with some gloves and a jacket. 

I try to get out on a few evenings and it turns out cycling is pretty enjoyable. I've since returned to the store for a few accessories here and there and spoke to a few different members of staff and they all seem to be pretty helpful. I'd definitely recommend this store if you'd like to be less fat and pathetic like myself. It's a great step in the right direction.

Super service given by Nigel. In my first visit we spent more than an hour trying to find the best bike for myself. On my next visit with my son, he gave cycling lessons to my son and being helpful. 

Evans has large collection and matching price if cheaper elsewhere, what do you want more.
