Just been dealing with Josh for a motability lease car. He has to be the most friendly, transparent and genuine car salesmen we've ever had. I don’t regularly write reviews but my experience at Marshalls Leicester today was of such high quality that it deserves recording. I have mobility problems requiring assistance with my boot scooter and my request for help had an almost instant response. I was treated with consideration and care so that I could wait for my car service and MOT without stress. Likewise once the job was done I was helped back to my car. I have been a customer here for many years and I know the service is thorough and done well but the customer service today was outstanding from all the staff I met. Thank you. I am happy to recommend them to anyone seeking a quality garage.

Just purchased our new Kodiaq from Charlie Scarle from Marshall Skoda Leicester. We've been Skoda customers for 8 years but this is our first purchase from Marshalls, as we've recently moved into the area.nFrom our first enquiry, the service has been top quality.
