Nice sports centre. The sports hall is in the basement, and the water foundation is in the gym on the 1st floor. Walls of the sports hall are mostly grey, with one side with white bits and windows and a bit hard to see the shuttle. The ceiling is white as well.
Great leisure centre. In the 3 years I’ve been a member they have vastly improved the gym. Please continue to introduce new equipment and expand the gym size where possible. The gym is clean but there is poor etiquette when it comes to cleaning equipment after use and returning dumbbells correctly.nnThe sauna area is big but I personally wouldn’t use it as it’s been unhygienic and chaotic the few times that I have.

The gym at the Swiss Cottage sports center offers a wide range of quality equipment, and the space is bright and welcoming. The staff are generally polite. However, the gym’s cleanliness is an area for improvement. On one occasion, I noticed a staff member, Paulina, thoroughly cleaning the machines, which highlighted that regular cleaning is needed. The pool is spacious and well-lit, but the water temperature is too cold, and the pool area’s floor is often dirty. It’s concerning that people walk barefoot from outside the pool area and then enter the water, bringing in dirt. This diminishes the overall experience and raises health concerns.
Stupid membership rules. Cant even freeze my membership unless I have proof of a medical problem. Why cant it be frozen without a reason? Good way to lose more customers. Also, there is a 20 day notice for cancellation, so they will take your money for the next cycle too. Furthermore, the sauna stinks. I will be moving to pure gym and I recommend you all to do the same. They have freezable memberships without any questions asked.
