This place is a mess. Most of the activity are closed or to fix, here the list.n1 Big Jacuzzi pool closed since 2015n2 Big slide closed 5 months ago for mechanical issuesn3 Cold water, below 25 gradesn4 Dirty locker suspected never cleanedn5 No discount for those issues you still have to pay full price which is a fraud, and they say “sorry”nnI will never come back!
I went swimming here last week and was really shocked by how dirty the pool and changing rooms were. Big clumps of hair in the drains, pool toilets were vile and visible grime in and around the pool. Showers in the changing rooms need maintenance as all of them just spurt in your face.nnThe staff seem nice enough, but it's really unacceptably dirty. This used to be a very well-kept facility so it's a shame to see it go so downhill.
Took the kids swimming here for the first time in some years, as they used to love it. It has been ruined. Won't take the kids swimming here again.nnQueue outside in the rain, let in 5 minutes before the start of the session, which is only an hour long.nnWater freezing. Flume closed. Lazy river switched off. Two wave sessions in one hour. Poolside shower freezing cold. Broken showers in the changing rooms. My two year olds didn't last the hour as it was freezing. My 5 and 7 year olds obviously wanted more than an hour.nnAwful, awful, awful.
I went into the Leisure Centre to inquire about swimming lessons, I was met by a lovely young lady call Manal and I must say her knowledge of her job is amazing. She gave me very helpful information and I was so impressed with her customer service skills. Thank you again Manal and keep up the good work .
The gym is falling to pieces. A lot of equipment is in bad conditions, and some equipment is missing!nOnly 2 movable benches for the entire gym is a joke. Changing rooms and toilets are rarely cleaned and smell really bad. Lockers are in terrible conditions, they never get cleaned and are full of dirt. Staff says they are taking complaints seriously but eventually nothing gets addressed or sorted.
