From a sensory perspective, M&M’s World London is an absolute triumph. It feels less like a standard retail shop and much more like a mini indoor theme park. The energy inside is electric, and the multi-level layout gives kids a real sense of exploration and adventure.Our children’s eyes lit up the second we walked through the doors. The British-themed character displays are incredibly fun and creative. We took quite a few photos next to the life-sized M&M characters recreating the iconic Beatles Abbey Road crosswalk, and the massive red double-decker bus. These interactive photo opportunities are scattered throughout the store, making the entire experience feel highly immersive.The undisputed highlight of the visit was the world-famous M&M's Candy Wall. Seeing rows upon rows of massive clear dispensers filled with every color variation imaginable is mesmerizing, even for adults. The kids had a fantastic time selecting their favorite colors and rare flavors that you simply cannot find in normal grocery stores. Additionally, the customization station—where you can print custom text and images directly onto the chocolate—was a massive hit and added a truly personalized touch to our visit.The staff members deserve a special shout-out as well. Despite the store being incredibly busy, everyone we encountered was smiling, energetic, and wonderful with the children. The store was clean, vibrant, and delivered exactly the kind of magical family atmosphere we were hoping for.

To be completely honest, I didn't fully know what to expect before walking in, but I was completely blown away. I never imagined that a store dedicated to M&M’S could be this massive, vibrant, and impressive.nThe level of detail in the product displays and interactive exhibits is incredible. Walking in feels like entering a candy wonderland—from the iconic giant M&M character statues to the mesmerizing, multi-story chocolate wall filled with every color imaginable. There is so much merchandise to explore, ranging from personalized candy options and apparel to unique souvenirs you can’t find anywhere else.nThe atmosphere was energetic, clean, and full of joy, making the entire visit feel like an attraction rather than just a quick shopping stop. The staff members were also friendly and helpful throughout. If you are in the area, this is an absolute must-visit destination whether you are traveling with family, friends, or even on your own. I highly recommend stopping by!

Be aware of the prices, first time in here and there’s a lot of areas to find something here plus different levels is crazy.  Happy to come back but prices should be better at 100g for £3.99. Maybe even more for a Pound Note…..Vegan options ???nBig Company like this and options are Poor..!!!!!!!!!!!!nMy Daughter was unfortunately sad of the options for her to pick from.nPlease add more….!!! If you're an M&M fan, this place is an absolute must-visit! I'd never seen anything quite like it—it's far more than a candy store. It's part museum, part showroom, and part shopping paradise, all dedicated to the colorful world of M&M's.nnThe store spans several floors and is packed with M&M-themed merchandise, including clothing, baby wear, bags, accessories, stationery, umbrellas, plush toys, home décor, and just about anything else you can imagine. One of my favorite features was the staircase, where the walls showcase the evolution of the iconic M&M characters through the decades. There's also a fun photo area with life-sized M&M characters that's perfect for family pictures.nnOf course, the candy selection is just as impressive. We filled a mixed bag with unusual-colored M&M's, peanut M&M's, crunchy M&M's, and cookie dough M&M's—there were so many choices that it was hard to stop!nnWhether you're shopping, taking photos, or simply enjoying the experience, this is one of London's most fun and unique stores.

I had no idea M&M's had its own flagship store - and this one is four floors of pure fun!nnThe place is packed with every kind of merchandise you can imagine: clothing, accessories, gifts, and collectibles. If you're a millennial who grew up with M&M's, it's hard not to smile while walking around.nnOne entire floor is dedicated to the famous Pick & Mix, where you fill a bag with any colors and flavors you like and pay by weight. It's a great experience, even if you're just browsing.nnDefinitely worth a visit, even if you don't plan on buying anything.
