Love this big spot up here, plentiful space to sit or lay down and enjoy a long far wide view of the city, short hike from Hampstead Overground, I often bring my lunch here and enjoy it atop the hills, love the exercise

Great vista of most of London from the main view point in Hampstead Heath. The view includes many famous landmarks which are identified on a metal plaque. You are surrounded by nature, the famous ponds, trees and fields to picnic or sunbathe in on summer days.

Getting here is super easy, it takes basically a light walk uphill through a calm and quiet neighborhood. It can be muddy indeed, and it is a common place to take your dog for a walk, or do some jogging. There are benches all over the place and I must say if the weather is clear, you can get one of the best views for London - especially during sunrise. Come here, sit down and enjoy the view.

Beautiful view and is part of Hampstead heath park when walk up to a trail with a hill and benches

I went solo, had a lovely picnic   and enjoyed the beautiful view in peace. Defo would recommend.
