I have been to this center on several occasions. They have always been very welcoming but yesterday was most exceptional. I had an MRI and it was the first time I felt comfortable and well looked after. The gentleman at the desk made sure that I was well cared for and warm and reassuring. Thank you for a caring service.

Despite finding this place difficult 2 find,ncaused me 2 b 7mins l8 ! The receptionist was helpful in letting me know I'd still be seen and 2 sit where ever I wanted in the waiting area, was seen straight away, the nurse was lovely,softly spoken and answered my questions.

Everyone involved with my knee MRI was friendly, reassuring and helpful.nFast Service.nAnd I was referred by mg Doctor so not a Private Patient..

They operate in bad faith. My father had a GP referal for a scan but they had no appointments available, nor I could book for one month in advance. They have private facilitiy also, which has availibility every day, uses the same machines and clinicians but they are reserved for private patients but they rather risk private patients to not book instead of giving the appointments to NHS patients when needed. I suggest putting a limit of 12 hours or so on your priviate bookings so you dont have to reserve majority of your availaibity for private who dont actually book or come in.

Friendly receptionist. I didn't wait long to be seen, my appointment was on time. There is plenty of free parking on the main road Finchley road on single yellow with restriction times from 7am-10am.
