What happens in this clinic is ilegal. I was booked for ultrasound, and i was told that my results will be available for me in 5 working days? I thought it live in a free country, and i am entitled to know what's going on with my health. I have had TIA because of HBP, having to wait 5 days to find out what the results are will dramatically increase my BP, and I might have a stroke. I never signed any document to agree not to be told what the results are straigh away.NHS should review the contract with the clinic. Not to mention that the lady who has done the ultrasound was very impatient, she shouldn't be working there.
Very disappointed with the service. I arrived 15 minutes late and was initially greeted by the receptionist, who advised me to sit in the waiting area. After waiting, I was then told that I could not be seen. This was especially frustrating as other patients who had been waiting much longer than me were still being seen. It’s unacceptable that public funds are reimbursing such a poor level of service.
I had an USG appointment.. it was very quick visit. Ladies on the reception desk were very kind and helpful. I forgot the names of ladies who examined me , but they are really amazing I felt safe and very well taken care of. Thank you so much
Staff were polite and helpful with everything there for an MRI.nExcellent experience.
Attended for an MRI. The team were friendly, professional and efficient. Great service!
