I have been to this center on several occasions. They have always been very welcoming but yesterday was most exceptional. I had an MRI and it was the first time I felt comfortable and well looked after. The gentleman at the desk made sure that I was well cared for and warm and reassuring. Thank you for a caring service.
Wouldn’t bother booking to go here, i have physical limitations at the moment, so I need at least some understanding from the radiologists, and other hospitals are always usually very accommodating patient and understanding - which makes you feel safe and cared for.nCan’t say the same for the person doing my US scan today, I kept on having to explain that I couldn’t do certain bends etc to the extent she needed, I was trying my best, and she got visibly angry at me, but at the same time it was like she wasn’t listening because she just kept on asking me to get into the positions I told her I couldn’t. The funny thing is, is that there was also a second colleague with her who just sat by and watched as she was being like this. She also had a go at me because I decided to wear my hair in a bun, apparently that was a really big issue for her, so I offered to take my hair out, but she ignored me and just rushed forward with the scan, maybe include what kind of hairstyles are acceptable for the scans being performed in the appointment packs you email patients?? Make it make sense! Really very traumatising, and this is not the first time I’ve had an experience like this with the people at this centre. I just thought the last time it was a one off, will definitely not be going there for any future scans. A shame really because the receptionist seemed decent.
Friendly receptionist. I didn't wait long to be seen, my appointment was on time. There is plenty of free parking on the main road Finchley road on single yellow with restriction times from 7am-10am.
Just had my appointment today. The service was amazing! Previously in a different centre, I panicked and just couldn’t get through the MRI. The staff in this centre are great, they are very helpful and attentive. They made sure I was comfortable before I went in. Thank you so much for helping me get through this scan. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly, setting the tone for what turned out to be a truly comfortable and reassuring visit.nnFirst and foremost, I want to express my deepest gratitude to the nurse who attended to me during the procedure. While I regret not recalling her name, her professionalism and kindness left a lasting impression on me. She was exceptional in every way, making sure I felt at ease throughout the entire process. Her calming demeanor and reassuring smile instantly put my nerves at ease, which made a significant difference for someone like me, who was a bit anxious about the examination.nnWhat struck me the most was the way she took her time to explain every step of the procedure thoroughly. She ensured that I was well-informed and comfortable before proceeding, never rushing or making me feel like just another patient. Her attentiveness to my well-being was evident, as she consistently checked in on me to ensure I was doing okay.nnI must also commend the entire staff at the facility for their professionalism and friendliness. The place was immaculate and well-organized, which made the overall experience even more pleasant. Despite the busy nature of the medical environment, I didn't have to wait for an extended period as they called me in promptly at my appointment time.nnI sincerely hope that this review reaches the nurse who attended to me that day. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks for her exceptional care and to wish her the best of luck in her nursing career. Nurses like her are a true asset to the healthcare industry, and we need more compassionate and dedicated professionals like her.nnIn conclusion, I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of any medical services. The attentive staff, clean environment, and efficient service make it a standout choice. My experience here was nothing short of exceptional, and I left feeling grateful for the level of care I received.
