There can be negative reviews of A and E so I really wanted to say that I have had a really supportive and pleasant experience here. The staff were efficient and calm.nnI had an infected cyst on my back.nI was lucky it was a quiet day,a nurse saw me within 40 minutes or so, I then had blood tests and hour or so later I saw a doctor and later the surgeons at my own request to check if the cyst could be drained.nnThe waiting room was not unpleasant or chaotic and staff work calmly and diligently.nThank you Whittington
I have been waiting to be seen more then 6 hours and I am in lots of pain and the receptionist isnRude I feel like I am being treated unfairly because they was a white guy who came after me few hours and he was seen before me and I am still waiting. THE NHS IS THE WROST AND HORRIBLE.
I’m here for 4h and have had every check possible done nSupportive staff and a very good and quick response from the Dr Ali Abood nVery professional and takes good care!!!nThank you
Not a single person has spoken to me with a degree of respect, nurses speaking loudly about me and others, while ignoring everything a said. I understand completely how much pressure staff in NHS is under but if every single staff member treated patients like they are sub-human this is indicative of a much broader toxic work culture. I cannot believe that people who are suffering are spoken to like pests.
It was a busy evening and we were warned wait times would be very long. However I was assessed with an hour of arrival and had my bloods and ECG taken. I then had an X-Ray and was done within 3.5 hours. All the staff were very pleasant and provided excellent care.
