ICMP is the place in which I have grown as a student and now as a tutor. I always had a lot of support as I asked and looked for it. If you expect people knocking at your door with opportunities the music industry is not the right place for you. Instead if you are looking for valuable feedback, resources and practical help here in ICMP you can find prepared and talented tutors, continuos chances for collaboration and growth.nnICMP became with time my home space in London.
I did four different summer courses at ICMP , all of which were great . The tutors are all very experienced and all the equipment is the latest used in the industry.The tutors help with confidence and at the end of the week you perform live on stage. Definitely worth doing , if you are a musician wanting to further your knowledge and expertise.
I’ve been to Songwriting Summer School and loved it there. I’ve met many amazing musicians and made a lot of friends. I got some practical tools that allowed me to improve my songwriting skills. There were people from all over the world so I didn’t feel nervous about not being a native english speaker :
Went there for a summer performance course and had a great week. The teachers and organizers are super helpful and kind. We had a concert at the end and had my first recording studio experience. I would recommend to go there at least for the summer courses :
