Richard and Patrick saw us today. Made to feel very welcome, nothing felt like too much hassle and we really feel that they both went the extra mile with customer service. We have left Leeds feeling so happy with our new car and the deal was excellent. Bought a car that was very competitively priced versus similar ones at other dealers in Leeds (I did my research). No pushy salesmen and they made the whole process simple and pleasant. Car ended up needing a bit of work for a fault that arose during the warranty period and they got this sorted for me no questions asked so great after sales care also. Highly recommend will definitely buy from them again.

My husband bought a car from here in January. Staff polite & definitely not pushy, very relaxed. Car taken for a test run & we decided to buy. Mall depisit left & rranged to pick it up after MOT & small service later in week. Never having used this motor trader before, or bought a used car before we decided to take it to our local garage for a once over. This was done & a small oil leak was found. Contacted garage & explained. Staff more than happy for it to be taken back for repair. No quibble or question. Even gave my husband a car to use whilst his was being repaired, at no extra cost. Would we use them again.? DEFINITELY
