I enquired with my other half last weekend about a Seat Ibiza. We were dealt with by Sam Keenan who went above and beyond to ensure the car was exactly as we hoped. We instantly received a link to a walk around video of the car over email without even asking for one explaining the different features of the car and noting its key points. We then went to view and purchase the car in person and we were chuffed. Sam was very polite and never pressured us into buying the car or any accessories that the dealer offers. He explained the process and made sure we understood it. Very professional, quick and easy.
Took my car in for a service this morning and was very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the service team. They were ready for my car at the agreed time, had the courtesy car ready and had completed the service by the agreed time. The car was washed, cleaned and charged when I collected it. Top marks for Aaron and Robbie. I will be very happy to return here when my service or other maintenance issues is next due. 5 stars well earned.
I went to Citroen to have a look at at new car after mine had broke down. Lawrence and Steve have been very helpful. They offered me coffee and Steve went through all the details and tailored it to my circumstances. They have been amazing at helping me. They were aware that I needed a car as soon as possible and were able to help me very quickly. They offered a courtesy car when the car I was supposed to pick up needed to go to garage so I wasn’t without a car. I would highly recommend. Their customer service is very good
Last week I decided that enough was enough and I needed to upgrade my car. I have always had an older car and never had much luck. I just wanted a car that I could rely on and wouldn’t cause me not to want to drive - ever! I relayed all of this to Sam who suggested a nearly new car. He wasn’t pushy and listened to what I wanted. He offered some great advice and was happy that I went away to think about it. He even offered me a hot drink hate hot drinks! but got me a Pepsi max instead. Seems little but I really appreciated it. When I picked up the car he was great with my son, sorted us out with Leeds United and helped take a car seat out! Brilliant service and I would highly recommend, especially Sam. Thanks!
I would like to thank the team at citron Leeds, especially Steve Gatehouse for his amazing patience while I choose a new car. After choosing one vehicle, then changing my mind within 24 hours for a different one, they went above and beyond to make sure I chose the right one. They even drove to York to collect my second choice and had it back and ready for me to collect within four hours. Definitely a five star rating from me. I can’t recommend them enough & my car is perfect for what I need
Having visited the dealership and left with no hope of getting approval on finance the sales staff Sam and Lawrence specifically refused to give up on me and tried every avenue possible to help me out. the finance company I am now with leave a lot to be desired but the team at Citroen really did go above and beyond to secure me a new car. I can't think them enough and will definitely be returning to them next time to get my next car from them. Thank you so much for all you did for me, I appreciate you all.
Received a good service whilst purchasing the car, however the after service has been very very poor. I drove the car away with no issues. The slightest issue has arisen and the team advised a part would be sent out for the repair. Nearly 3 weeks later and numerous promises that the part would be posted, yet no part has arrived and now my emails are being ignored.
Bought a new car from the branch and part exchanged my old vehicle. Couldn’t fault the team and I was mostly dealt with by Jak who was great! Nothing was too much trouble and made the experience very enjoyable as buying a new car should be!
Happy with everything. The sale has gone through painlessly, no problems your end at all. You have been very patient, explained everything, and I liked that you sent me an updated video. So, thank you very much to Jak Murphy in particular for his professionalism and for the quickness of the sale.
Do not use this place sold my daughter a car with hard sales tactics firstly wanted to. Credit check when when I said I didn't want that for her tried to lie and say it was a soft check. This was overheard by the manger who said that it was a hard check it. My daughter paid a refundable deposit to hold the car. The sale rep proceeded to call my daughter the next day knowing it was the exact car that she wanted and told her that several people had come to buy the car with a bigger deposit so he needed another £100 my daughter told him , has asked her to do, that she wanted to wait a couple of days. He continued to continue calling knowing that she was at work and I was not present . He persistently called her making her think the car was going to be sold and made her do the credit check over the phone. The following day I spoke to the sales rep and told that I wasn't happy with the rushing .because of this my daughter is now out of pocket as I was not able to check the car. On speaking to them regarding my issues I was accused of swearing which was totally untrue and when I proceeded to tell him that he was disgusting exact words I was Told he doesn't want to be called disgusting and put the phone down, bearing mind he wasn't putting the phone down when he was hard selling to my daughter.i will not be coming here again neither will my daughter. Do not do to others what you would not like to be done to yourself. KARMA IS REAL!!!!
