Friendly and helpful staff reasonable service price would use this garage again
On Wednesday 6th July 2022, Archbold's completed a full service and MOT on my vehicle, the following day a problem was discovered, within an hour of contacting Archbold's my vehicle had been collected so that the problem could be rectified, I would like to Thank Andy for his help with ensuring the problem was solved and ensuring my car was returned the same day
Took my 78 year old Mother to her new car. The staff were all excellent, patient and nothing seemed too much trouble. Car arrived and was ready for collection at the time agreed and the salesmen who must have the patience of a saint did a good explanation of the controls to my Mother. Excellent friendly service from the staff. Will certainly use them again and for servicing. Thanks
Took my car for an MOT and the windscreen washer bottle filter needed cleaning. Found out about 2-3 weeks later when parts started coming loose around the wheel arch, they'd not replaced all the fixings, about 5 out of 6 were missing.... and that's after dealing with a condescending workshop counter employee. If you don't like your job, look for another !!
Called for price for a small job doing. Turned out the was still under warranty. Booked car in, they collected from work and returned it all done after having a bit of a clean too. Very happy and will be using them again.
Having just taken delivery of our 6th car from this great little dealership I can honestly say that I won't shop anywhere else for my cars. The salesman are helpful & informative & as a female buying a car they never make me feel intimidated or stupid I have been made to feel this way previously in other dealerships. The service department is second to none & always pull out all the stops to help even at very short notice.
For many years I've purchased cars from Emma and Mark, and their customer service is second to none. They're not pushy or forceful and they go out of their way to ensure you're happy, hence why I always return to them. Their knowledge is impeccable and if they don't know the answer offhand, they will find out and get back to you when promised. I would never buy a car anywhere else!!
In sept' 2014 my wife & I purchased a car each from Archbold Carshop. The help & support we received from the sales staff was second to none. We traded in the cars we had & purchased the new cars for a price we were very happy with, a very pleasant, pain free transaction. We would recommend Archbolds to friends & family without any hesitation. After sales support has also been very satisfactory. We were contacted not long after purchase & asked if we were happy with the vehicles. We were also given a free winter check. In September of last year both cars had their 1st year service. They were booked in at a time convenient to my wife. She delivered the first car & the staff very kindly returned it to her , took the second car & then unexpectedly returned it after the service. My wife was expecting a phone call to tell her it was ready to be collected. She had a very pleasant surprise when she returned from shopping & it was parked on the drive ! First class customer service!!!! How it should be. Every member of staff we have had contact with at Archbolds via telephone or in person has been very pleasant, polite & always happy to help.
Called for a price on some work doing on my car. The person I spoke to said he was going into a meeting and he would call later. He didn't. I called back and was told it was too late to get a quote for the work I needed doing and I would get a call the next day. I didn't. I guess they are making so much money that they don't need to call customers back.
