Would have been better had it not been raining, also would have been perfect if there was a gourmet coffee stand and some dessert options!!!

I would rate it a zero if possible but google wont allow it. You have to pay to go in so its nothing like a street food festival. Go to camden town in London and the prices are cheaper, the food and drinks are very expensive here for what you get.
But the icing on the cake is the fact that the door staff will, if you wish to take your food with you out of the cold and muddy and dimly lit venue, insist you bin it before you leave. What a joke!. You pay to go in and pay for the food and this is how they repay you. I spoke to the door staff about it and according to them its down to the permit the venue has from cardiff council to not allow rubish to be strewn across the park. That's assuming that everyone person who attends and leaves with food is going to be throwing it on the floor or using the local bins. What's the problem, just look at st marys street or caroline st on a weekend.
Would I recomend this place? NO.
Would I go there again? NO
My recomendation is to avoid, nicer food establishments and welcoming venues all over cardiff.
Plus this is the same street food circus in other temporary venues in Cardiff.

Good selection of food, good atmosphere and very tasty but beware. Several stalls say they accept card payment but don't meaning I had to leave the site to get more cash. The African stall served us very tasty food but they seemed unprepared for us at midday, lacking drinks, a working card reader and change. I can't prove any connection but both me and my son, who are from there, have been been sick through the night. The donuts were enjoyed by the whole family and it was good to see the girls at the drinks stalls full of glitter and smiles.

A great concept when it started a few years back. However and having been once with a group to this year's reincarnation of it I'd put anyone off going. We went last week, 7 people and ate from five of the vans, on the whole the food was lazy and half hearted in all things except pricing. The one exception was one dish a friend had which was a vegetarian chaat from an Indian van. The drinks are crazy money. Beers way overpriced and avoid at all costs the "cocktail" bar.

Couldn't give zero stars, so had to give one. 

Website clearly says opens 5pm Fridays. 

Travelled 20 odd miles to Cardiff... Paid for parking... Walked a long way to the venue, to find a sign on the gate saying it's closed. (8th Sept 17). For no apparent reason.

Nothing on their website to say they're closed. 

Lots of other visitors angry/disappointed too.

Won't bother going again. Already wasted an evening.
