Since opening, it has become very popular and advanced booking is recommended. Stephen has developed a distinctive restaurant concept which blends traditional and authentic Indian flavours with contemporary presentation. He balances the fine dining experience he acquired while working in the hotel industry with the aromatic flavours of his childhood, and brings it to Moksh.
As a result, Stephen has been named Ethnic Chef of the Year at the recent Craft Guild of Chef’s Awards 2015. Moksh has also been awarded a two AA Rosettes for Culinary Excellence in 2016; the first Indian restaurant in Wales to achieve this prestigious accolade.
