Always horrible when filled with people, which is almost always. Been travelling through Stratford using rail services almost daily for over a month now and the station does not get better with time. Signs aren’t leading to the correct destinations or you’re being sent to another underground tunnel to find your platform - why they are not connected is beyond my understanding. If not through the tunnel, you have to walk along a whole platform start to finish only to get into that tunnel and cross to the other platform.nThere is also NO INTERNET RECEPTION so your only option to check on train delays is via the sparse signs on the platform and should you miss your train you can’t let anyone know until you get on the train and are lucky to get wifi, which is not always working either.nDisgraceful given how much money is spent daily for tickets.
This station has some of the most misleading signage it’s actually ridiculous.nnNot to mention the terrible management of on-foot traffic too
A lovely woman called Tiffany helped me find the easiest alternative route for me to get to work when the overground was shut. She walked me to where I had to be and explained in great depth. Thanks to her I was able to actually get to work!
no warm waiting area where you can warm up, not great for winter/ cold times. Will avoid in the future! Imagine if you have to wait for a connection for 40 minutes at 0 degree
