Stratford Station is located in east LondonnnIt is near to my house I use Elizabeth line for daily commute today it was really quite no rush because of holidays it is 1st week of JanuarynnThey have ELIZABETH LINE,OVER GROUND LINE, DLR ,JUBILEE LINE AND UNDERGROUND LINE CENTRAL LINE,NATIONAL RAIL SERVICES AND STRATFORD INTERNATIONAL IS ON OTHER SIDE for other trainsnnELIZABETH LINE IS THE MOST QUICK AND CONVENIENTnnThe station have 2 entrance one on front and one on the right sidennOn the main entrance on right side they tickets counter and oyster rechargennThere is toilet just front of the entrance when you tap in the door is on left side behind the stairs case photo attachednnThey have lifts for platforms access escalatorsnnDrinking water and proper bins and seating arrangementsnnduring weekday morning around 6:30-9:30 AM and evening around 4:00-7:00 PM commutes, leading to higher fares, congestion, and energy costsnnProper staff presence is there lighting facilities and CCTV cameras are availablennThey have convenience shop inside the store when u follow straight towards central line on ground floornnOutside there is biggest bus station have different buses working 24hrs for easy commute there is taxi black cab stand on the right when you exit via main entrance you will see big train monument on the right their is black cabs waiting for younnNear by They have many hotels like ibis hotel and many more as there is west ham stadium there in Stratford Olympics park which is famous for its greenery and walk pathway.nnOutside there is alot of fast food healthy eating outlets like subway and supermarket less than 2 min walknnAnd Westfield shopping centre is also there for shopping whole day
Took my young son here recently.nnA beautiful train station.
Have previously walked from Stratford station through the shopping centre,nToday the staff told me I couldn’t, sent me on a route I couldn’t do, got angry that I accidentally knocked over their barrier when I didn’t feel safe, and sent me alone on a route they didn’t know for sure was safe and open. Have never had an issue before, not sure why this was different and inconsiderate?
Super busy train station, especially during peak hours. However a great location for changing trains & connecting the city with other forms of transport. A lovely proximity from Westfield shopping centre stratford
The staff were very helpful . A staff member told me that the is only one staff toilet , often out of action and if working often in a discussing state as not frequently cleaned .nI use Stratford to take train to Norwich . I have been asked by travellers “ where is the toilet “ ?? I asked and there are none !! Isn’t this terrible for such as busy junction . Everyone gets directed out of the station to the shopping centre …. Which is 10 /15 mins walknI would urge whoever is in control to plan for four toilets to accommodate all the passengers . This is an urgent health and safety issue .
