Member of staff upstairs was very knowledgable but the one downstairs only knew how to use the till so its a bit of a mixed bag staff wise

Solid Halfords. The staff genuinely care, they have an extensive amount of knowledge on the bikes and can guide you through any bike related issue you may have. I wouldn't say that Halfords is where you should come to if you need help, however. Yes they sell bikes, but they are all entry level and budget brands, serious enthusiasts should consider buying directly from your brand but definitely come here for EVERYTHING else related to bikes! GPS', puncture kits, clothing, helmets, kit, gear, gears and accessories.

Visited this morning needed a new headlight bulb. Staff were very helpful and friendly fitted it in no time at all. Thank you Halfords staff.

Every time I visit this store there are never enough staff. The last 2 visits I have left the goods on the desk and walked out.
