At last a decent outdoor shop in team valley! So much better than Decathlon, they're worlds apart. I'd definitely recommend shopping here. Friendly, polite, very knowledgeable staff. Excellent products at very competitive prices

Disappointed with selection of walking shoes and boots on offer. What was exceptional though was the knowledge and customer service  delivered by a young lady called Katie. Her help and support ensured we purchased an appropriate pair of shoes and did not leave the shop empty handed.   She is a credit to the store.

Great new shop. First time I've been to this store in Team Valley I was looking for the old store up by Wallsend which has gone, the great thing in this new location is having Decathalon just along from it. So now a single journey will meet all my outdoor shopping needs. I was surprised as well at how deceptively large the shop is considering how small the shop front is and appears well stocked.

Jackets & Coats, winter gloves,hats for kids and adults, neck warmers. Good selection of walking/hiking/skiing shoes and snow boots / normal boots for adults and children. Nice fleeces and knitted wears. Overall a good shop and easily accessible near A1.

Great selection, good deals and friendly staff. The store has everything you need and more due to its size. The staff helped me with a refund with a previous purchase which was very pleasant and went smoothly. Quality shop with quality gear.

First time in the store to do a collection. Waited at the till point with 2 members of staff Infront of me . Next thing . They both walk off and one says can you get someone to cover the desk . 2 mins later a very pleasant guy serves me . . I was told my new membership card was  inside of the parcel but unfortunately wasn't. Another young guy was asked to sort it out . He was getting bombarded with questions from customers as their was not many staff upstairs on the department. Young guy went off to check a price for a customer instead of dealing with me ; leaving me standing another 5 mins as I watched him get bogged down with people asking him questions. My first visit and I was not very impressed with service standards on the evening.

Bought a coat for £80. Go back a week later with my partner to get her a coat and the same coat had been reduced to £60 wouldn't let me take it back

James from the team valley store spent a lot of time with myself and husband last week though we didn’t buy the tent on this occasion we certainly will once our mind is made up he was very friendly and went out of his way to tell us everything he knew about the tents we looked at. Great customer service! But very genuine :

Wow what a fab shop . They’ve utilised every space with interesting things to draw your eyes. Lovely staff. Ready to help. Look out for Sarah bless her. A lovely sweet girl , so nice and such a friendly pleasure she was a delight for her young years and  and helpful in her knowledge… Lovely  shop and nice helpful people xx
