just phoned up to ask about geting my bike serviced and the woman who answerd was very cheeky i only said how much for a full service in she had a stinking attitude i wud rather leav my bike broke then phone ther again

Not a great experience. After repair bike was given back to me with a bent rear mech. Took it to Edinburgh Bicycle Co-op who sorted it out for me. Disappointed as I thought I had found a new LBS after M Steel sadly closed.

Excellent service department, probably the best in Newcastle. Buying a new bike from them, however, can be hard work in my experience.

Bought 2 bikes from here, friendly & knowledgeable owner, delivered my bikes personally and had a loyalty card scheme going.
