I usually don't leave public reviews, but after reading what other people are saying I decided to leave my experience here. Every time I've been to the practice I've seen a different receptionist, but I have always been treated with respect. Last time COVID19 times I decided to go to the surgery in person because I couldn't find my way around the website/phone call system and my problem was solved in less than 10 minutes by the reception team, and I left knowing what to do next. I left with a phone appointment for the next day and in less than 24 hours I had my prescription ready in my pharmacy. In general the team of doctors that have seen me always solved my problems, but I'd like to highlight in particular that the nurse Vanya might be the best nurse I've had the pleasure to deal with. She've always gone well out of her way to help me, to give me any information I asked for and to point me in the right direction when I needed something. She listens, she is pleasant to talk to and she is a caring, respectful professional that seems to know very well what she's doing. Please, treasure her!
One of the best practice's I have ever been to. I had many questions and the doctor answered all of them and was very thorough. I was also extremely pleased with the nurse who assisted me in another appointment - she was so professional, kind, caring and gave me lots of helpful information. I will definitely be returning!
I have been seen by two doctors at this surgery and have found both of them very rude and dismissive. After detailing the problem I was having to 'one, his reply was 'what do you want me to do about it?' This doesn't apply to the nurse however, as she was very helpful and nice. I'm going to find another surgery and would recommend not joining this one in the first place.
I called on Friday the 5th of October 2018 for a Emergency appointment. This Rude receptionist told me my doctor isn’t in today. I said can I see another doctor she didn’t even let me finish, said it’s limited doctors and I should go to the hospital she has another person on hold! I called at 8:08am. I believe she is racist because she knows me she always gives me trouble! or she just don’t like me it’s extremely horrible how she treats me! Need to find another Doctors she should be fired! This isn’t good customer service!
Rude receptionist and poor management of staff. When asking Leanne Vax, one of the rude receptionists, for answers she responded as if she’s a gangster going ‘and what? And what?’, as if she’s threatening me. The practice manager, Sheila Rogers, is never available to voice complain to and the nurse is always off sick. Agency nurse recruited, asked me what vaccines my child needs instead of knowing. Unfit professionals at work. Avoid this practice at all cost.

Busy phone in early morning when you have to book a fast appointments because you need urgency, write request to have a visit home?! because you feel very sick don't take in consideration for 3 days until you get a message to call the phone; agency doctor, because the real 1 has disappeared that prescribe to you analysis for search diabet or cardiovascular disease, analysis without any sense in my case but very important to him... also not the best manner /education --- i would like to put -1 ....
Would definately give this go a -5 star if an option. Receptionists are hella rude. Took me off their system, booked me in for an appointment but when i turned up, they said they could not find me on the system. After showing them the text messages and after an hour of them trying to find out what was going on, the receptionist stated i was no longer registered with thr gp. My argument was "well if i was not registered with the gp, then why did the receptionist book an appointment 4 weeks later?".... completely and utterly useless staff. They also referred me to an organisation that accept non smokers which is a complete disaster. Your all better off registering with mission practice
Great practice, I used them for over 5 years and the doctors were always fantastic, I had a number of knee surgeries through the NHS but done at private hospitals because of the referrals from Pollard Row.
Absolutely love this gp, receptionists are very helpful and they try their best to find me and my child suitable appointments. I have never had any problems! Thanks you Pollard row!
Lovely staff and also lovely Doctors!!! Love the service but sometimes a bit slow. Other than that it is a lovely practice!!! Want to say a huge thanks to Dr. Abrishami and Nurse Jennifer!!!
