Honestly the best GP I have ever experienced, every doctor I have seen has been so thorough and super understanding, listening to any concerns carefully and fully revising my history at appointments. The receptionists are lovely to deal with and you can get a lot of things in surgery I’d never seen before - blood tests etc. A million times better than my previous GP.
Very bad place. Everyone acts friendly but soon as you actually need something or they have made a mistake. No one will own up to it there and infact become rude. Ill explain just 1 situation, which i come off the phone too just now with my So Called Doctor. Its weird how the doctors say they are here to help you, heres my version of how they help. So ive been waiting on the adhd list for 2 years. Infact i was waiting 18 months at a different borough but as i had to kove ive had to re register, which is a bummer but i guess acceptable. So the doctors new this that ive been waiting in a orevious place and now im waiting again. Infact i had to get, go and pay for a private afhd person to show i had it and to see if it speeded anything up. After spending thousands i prooved i did have it but they still wanted me to do the referal so im on the system. I then get sent which i had to wait a year for i might add to an anxiety place which i was specifically told by my doctor at stratham it would review me for adhd and anxiety. But that wasnt the case and when i asked the specialist from anxiety dont you do review or whatever u do for adhd he was like no your doctor should of told you. Errrrrm no and anyway every couple month i enquire abiut the waiting list for adhd and they say and said they will check up on it. Basically long srorry short. Tje anxiety guy messed up as he didnt review me for adgd as well as anxiety even tho thats what was mentioned by me and the doctor from stratham. Then even tho i try chase it up with the doctor he obviously hasnt checked as now ive found out i was still on the other boroughs waiting list, how when i live in a totally different borough now and was registered to hackney. Ive been put on the waiting list for the 1st time now after already waiting neaely 4 years. What a joke of a place, do not be fooled by what they say. As i told them today that only Actions are Louder then Words
Great service from reception, nurses, and doctors. They don't brush you off or rush you out like other doctor surgery in the area. Very caring and supportive. I would recommend you register here.
My local gp. I have been with the same doctors for 18 years Dr palmer but other docs are good also. The receptions never seem to hold a job down and are an ever revolving set of new receptionists...not a good place to work I suppose. Range of services very good but some are harder to access than others. Conveniently located next to clissold Park with 141, 341 and 393 services right outside.
Really helpful staff both reception and medical team. The staff we have seen have been particularly great with our children. The online consultation function has also been so helpful.
I have been with the surgery for two years. Statham Grove is a good and reliable GP surgery. When necessary, they have made the appropriate referrals in a timely manner. When I have needed appointments on the day, I have mostly been accommodated. The staff and doctors are efficient, friendly and professional. I have also been impressed with the in surgery services, such as physiotherapy and the new online booking system for non urgent appointments.
Always a great service here. Never struggle to get an appointment. All staff are kind, helpful and friendly. Thanks!
Absolutely wonderful. I’m struck by how empathetic and kind all of the GPs here are. I’ve never felt rushed at an appointment here and I feel like the GPs really take the time to listen and understand their patients. Never had such consistently good care from staff in any other practise. Getting an appointment can mean a long wait over the phone but that’s pretty standard these days, and I’ve always been able to get appointments within a couple of weeks. Can’t rate highly enough.
Statham Grove was recommended to me and I could not recommend them more myself, they’re brilliant all round. From as soon as you ring, you can see the quality of the staff. Sarah the receptionist is amazing, kind and always helpful. If you don’t need to call, their E-consult service is also really easy to use. Every GP I have met is really great and I’ve never felt rushed, and always been helped. Last but by no means least, Jennifer, one of the nurses, is brilliant and again, I’ve always felt very listened to.
Very rude lady.After I visit the doctor and doctor said I'll have my XRay reviewed soon.The lady on the phone was saying that it can take moths and I need to wait.Insane and horrible customer service.
