Generally fine but abysmal when it comes to referrals for serious conditions. Refused for weeks to refer me for an MRI even though I had a history of cancer. Won't say more as subject of official complaint.
All staffs are very kind, and keep very hygienic! Everybody wears face mask and they asked us to use hand sanitiser and surface wipe for our chair all the time. Feel more safe. Dr Lucy is very kind and shared detailed explanation to understand easily.
This is the best place I’ve been too. They treat u so well and I was once talking to a doctor and she was so friendly and interesting. She talked to me about cool games like Minecraft. This is why I miss it.
Highly recommend Shoreditch Park Surgery. Dr. Lucy O'Rourke is particularly great - very professional and really listens to you.

The standard appointments are usually very professional and I'm happy to say most experience are good. But the people who run the emergency appointments are rude, not attentive and rush you out of the room as quickly as you go in. Got no advice and was left to my own devices after forcing myself out of bed to be seen.
Don't go near this GP!!! They have cancelled a referral to a Dietician for someone with serious health issues. That person needed help but they didn't bother to offer that help. The doctors owe a duty of care to their patients. Patients have to be treated equally and respectfully.
