Receptionists are prompt at answering and dealing with your query; they are friendly and understanding in regard to appointment assignation. Drs have been knowledgeable, professional, efficient, reassuring and very helpful.

This is such an amazing surgery and I've been to a few in London. The Drs and `Nurses are so kind, always patient, and really helpful and friendly. The practice is really clean, the receptionists are super helpful and friendly too. I am very grateful for the amazing care they have provided, and would recommend this surgery to everyone.

The doctors, nurses, receptionists, all staff are amazing. Always a pleasant experience. The nurse I’ve seen on my last two appointments is just lovely, she’s incredibly informative and her smile is infectious. Lovely clean practice.

My registered GP that I thankfully rarely need to go to as I am covered privately and have access to actual diagnostic and treatment 24/7. I have been with the surgery for 10 years now and every time I go and get given an appointment with a different doctor they seem to know nothing about me and start from scratch on my medical history. But mostly, I feel bad for my sister who has gone multiple times of late with specific issues only to be brushed off - they can’t give any diagnostic yet refuse to do any blood tests or give any referrals. It is both incompetent and lacking compassion

A really great practice. Everything seems to be very organised in the way that patients are looked after. The diagnosis, treatments and follow up is effective. Has been many years since I’ve received this quality of care in a GP very well done everyone!

Best GP surgery I've been to in my 18 years of living in London. The doctors, nurses and staff are amazing. No surprise that it's difficult to get an appointment. I would recommend all locals to register with this clinic, if they're still accepting new patients that is!

This surgery changed my life, I’m truly grateful for ALL the doctors specially dr Laurie Frère  one of the most caring he was. The receptionists are lovely and polite as well. The clean and noiseless environment makes you feel relax while waiting. Overall an excellent practice and positive atmosphere.

Extremely efficient staff and doctors. They never make you wait around for an appointment. All the doctors I've had appointments before with came across as kind, caring individuals. The reception staff are always ready to help. Even during the thick of Covid times, when I had to get an emergency consultation they obliged! This is the best practice I've been to.
