This is one experience I wouldn't wish on anyone. The local branch is full of cowboy, don't know why they make so many promises only ends up breaking them. No one answers the phone. Tha manager promised to call back but he doesn't, I have wasted 2 days waiting for delivery. I had to email the Director's office to get an answer. Customer services,none existent

If you enjoy getting your time wasted, this is the place to buy your sofa from, not only do they fail to deliver the sofas when agreed! They deliver them faulty. Never return calls, hang up on you when you ring them, over all a cowboy outfit! Should have gone elsewhere!!!! Avoid this shop at all costs!

After reading these reviews I felt I needed to write on here as I felt I must of visited another shop because my experience is totally different I was very impressed with the service I received all the staff was very helpful & went out of there way to stay and help me without feeling I was taking up to much of there time! When I phoned the next day to make amendment to my order I got through after the third a tempt so no complaints from me 😀

Appalling customer service. Nobody ever answers the phone, it can take days of constantly ringing. I was told that the carpets could be fitted whenever I liked and they were prepared to hold them for several weeks until i was ready. I was then forced to book an appointment and was advised that i could chnage this given a weeks notice. This was then unacceptable according to the person i eventually spoke to. Managed to change again but still was at a convenient time for me. Who is the customer because i felt i was doing the running around for ScS. That said once the carpets arrived the quality is excellent
