Used to be a decent store before it was changed to an express. Now they have fridges storing beers and wines that do not need to be there, other products that could go in there have disappeared. Very unhappy with Tesco for this change and now do not use as much as I used to. The store is too large to be an express. Tesco needs to realise that not everybody has access to the larger stores and home shopping. Some actually like to get out and choose their own items.
We are starting October and I bought some sweets as souvenir. The surprise was that when I arrived to my country I saw that they were expired from August .
Always find the staff exceptionally helpful. Good selection of food and vegetables and a good selection of wines very reasonably priced.
Not quite as good as the st Albans one but handy for essential items that are not available in st Albans
Friendly staff on cigarette till. easy to use self service. Need more people on tills as if your using cash you will wait a while. But Good store i use daily .
The queuing system is an absolute nightmare. It shouldn't take so long and customers should know where they're going. Not sure whoever is responsible for running this store has been to a Supermarket let alone run one. There's a Lidl across the way that's marginally better to save you the annoyance of entering here.

Foolishly left my shopping after paying at self check out. Tried to call the store to make them aware and arrange to collect it. TOTALLY USELESS TRYING TO CONTACT THE STORE TO MAKE THEM AWARE AND CUSTOMER SERVICES CUT YOU OFF IF YOU DON'T AGREE TO DO THEIR SURVEY!!!
