I was at debenhams at the baremineBar at Luton counter and the lady there who is a blonde and quite huge in frame wasn't ready to help me with trying on make up.she said she had appointments and even the next day she was booked.how unbelievable is that she had appointments in a beauty brand counter in a department store I wouldn't want this repeated in the future.

I have been a customer of Debenhams for 30 years. However, today when I tried to exchange a gift, which was unworn and still had all the tags intact I was told that it was against Debenhams policy to exchange a gift without a receipt. So if you receive a gift you don't want then it's tough luck if you don't have a receipt. Debenhams just lost themselves a couple of loyal customers

Friendly and helpful staff. Good quality clothes, shoes and homes are. I usually always fond what I'm.looking for in there. A Good selection of brands and good sale prices.
