The staff here are misinformed and extremely rude to their valid customers. After shopping here many times and having no problems and knowing the evening staff that were friendly and talkative and always ready to help if required to I encountered a horrible manager that I had never seen before but was convinced he knew of me. I will spend my money elsewhere in future as he obviously has no knowledge of his customers at the store and no manners is a understatement. I pity the staff that have to answer to this manager as he has never been wrong in his life and if he was he would defend this by talking down to the person that dare question his important self!!!

Click and collect experience not that good. But otherwise usual supermarket experience was usual. Used the click and collect machine. Got a ticket. Then didn't see a person for 15min. Had to go customer counter and nudge them.

Usually the members of staff at Asda are very helpful. However there has been some occasions recently where they have been extremely rude to me. When I ask for help politely I expect a polite response back. Instead lately I’ve gotten either a stupid look on their face as if to say, ‘why are you asking me for help?’ Or they will simply give me no eye contact and walk away and say I don’t know. Very frustrating.
