It's reassuring these days to have staff that instantly create a warm atmosphere and vibe as you enter the store. The team here are obviously committed to providing an excellent customer service. They are friendly, professional and above all, care about customers.We were served by Beth and Hannah. Shout out to Hannah who did her first repair job without assistance! Called in on spec to ask advice about a windscreen repair following stone-chip damage.  The team including the security guard! inspected, and advised it could be repaired for £45.  Hannah carried out the repair in under 20 mins and did a spectacular job. Thank you.

I have been coming here a number of times and every time it was a great experience. The staff and security are polite and knowledgeable. Had quality issues with one of their products and the manager immediately replaced the faulty product. Big Halfords with most things in stock. Defently recommend.

Great service given by Tracy. The fitt8ng was done promptly too. The only downside is paying £9 for the fitting. Should consider different tiers of fitting fees depending on the job. My fitting was for wiper blades it was a quick click click, whereas another job was more intricate and took longer yet we both pay the same?nOtherwise happy with the service.

I needed my lights changed on my car, they were stuck, it required two of the workers Bex and Hannah to get these out, they also got Shaun the security guard who was able to help pop these out. They were determined to get this sorted for me and all worked together. They were all so friendly and positive and could have a laugh together and with myself. Great service from Bex, Hannah and Shaun.
