Reserved an item for collection. Confirmation email said - item is ready to collect, but due to new year the store opened only at 11am. Once I'm in the shop, the girl at till said the reservation is not ready and the buyer supposed to receive an email regarding cancellation. That's all - no apologies or no reasons given.

Avoid very dated lack of quality shops and places to eat no cafe rouge carluccuis Jamie's Italian Wagamama yo sushi Byron proper hamburgers . Your limited to Burger King or McDonalds or the the small caravans out side the centre selling noodles and Indian food no house of Frazer no John Lewis no Zara no Superdry no Apple Store My advice avoid this centre as there are beggers at all the The entry points to the centre some are quiet aggressive . I find it amusing on coming off the m1 in to luton you will see a sign saying home of the mall in luton giving the impression to the driver if they are not from luton they are going to experience a fantastic shopping experience this could not be further from the truth .ive visited many shopping centres in the uk blue water Thurrock Trafford centre Manchester meadow hall Sheffield Liverpool 1 metro Newcastle Westfield London and west field Olympic park . I think it's about time the centre was bull dozed and a new centre was built . To sum the review up. The centre is tired dated no good shops no quality places to eat and sadly the centre seems to have a lot !! Of dodgy work shy people waking around it . Avoid this shopping centre at all costs No John Lewis no house of Frazer no zara no super dry .

It is incredible what we did see on this visit. Basically you looks in the catalog for what it is that you dont need. Then you gets a piece of paper and writes down its number. You then give it to one of the people at the screen. They then tells us that they are out of stock. Its the most fun you can have. We goes there often but sometimes they do have it in stock and we have to spend our benefit allowance. Then it dont feel too clever. Word up.
