Lovely store, well stocked, clean and staff at check-out really nice, polite and friendly.
I love shopping at Primark. You can find good quality clothing for all the family. Sometimes they have really good deals and half price sales. Since the renovations the place has now got much better and bigger. A suggestion to the management, add self checkout so we don’t need to stand in the queues for long.
The customer service in this store is really slacking. Had a awful experience with the team member Cristina and Sala, both of them need training in customer service. Been put off shopping in this store now!
