I had a poor experience this week. Speaking to three different members of floor staff it’s clear they are not well versed with whether they do, or do not have a certain item they stock.nnNeither were they adept enough to refer to a senior colleague to ask for further help if they didn’t know.nnI was vaguely pointed in the direction they ‘might’ have the item. When I mentioned I’ve been there, I was told ‘we must not have it then’.nnDo better. :
What has happened to this place?! Used to be amazing. However it’s a different story altogether now. Don’t get me wrong it still has a wide range of lovely products to choose from but walked out with hardly anything.nnBarely any prices on the items! We got sick off trying to find a staff member to keep asking. It’s very off putting placing something in the trolley and then getting surprise at the till. It’s not just an inconvenience for the customer but also the staff and the people waiting to served at the tills.nnThis is easily fixable but doesn’t seem like anyone cares. Photos prove that this issue needs to be addressed.
OK big box shifters. A little chaotic on the floor as the restocking for Xmas shopping was in full swing.nnStill, found the chair I was looking for, and nice assistance had no problem taking it to my car for me as I was disabled and couldn't carry it myself.nnDefinitely give them another go next time their price is right. Very happy with the quality of such a cheap office chair.
They have a lot of stuff for Christmas and home ..omg, I just love it . You must visit this store. And the prices are affordable.
If you want something for the home, car, garden at reasonable prices, worth a visit. Adequate parking front of store.nThere was a restaurant that has now closed down, disappointed. Also sells certain foods. Pick and mix, however 50% of containers had no mix.
