I went in to buy a tux, but sadly my size was out of stock. Despite that, Mac came to the rescue and went above and beyond my expectations to help me out. He called different stores to find the piece and got it reserved. Genuinely 10/10 experience. If you are ever in store, ask for him. Real legend

I visited the Next store at Gypsy Lane, Luton on Tuesday 26th August 2025, needing a suit for my son at the very last minute for a wedding. There was nothing suitable available on the shop floor, and I was starting to worry.nnThat’s when I was assisted by Samiya, and I honestly cannot thank her enough. She went above and beyond to help me, going into the stock room two or three times to check for sizes and options. She gave me her undivided attention, made sure I felt supported, and even helped me choose shoes to complete the outfit.nnThanks to her dedication and care, my son had a suit to wear and we were able to attend the wedding properly dressed. Without Samiya’s help, I truly don’t think we would have managed.nnHer customer service was outstanding — professional, kind, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me. Employees like her make all the difference, and I want to express my sincere gratitude.
We had the pleasure of being assisted by Mac, a member of the store, and we wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the outstanding service he provided.nnMac was not only incredibly helpful but also demonstrated a great deal of knowledge and confidence in his role. Customer toilets here look like they haven't been cleaned in months. Dusty stalls, sticky floors and rancid lavatories covered in bodily fluids. Horrified.
