If I could rate zero I would. We bought an air bed from Luton as Stevenage was out of stock apparently. Air bed went down during the night on first use. Tried to take back to stevenage but they refused to replace as had been taken from box and was used, we stated that it was faulty to which the stupid assistant said we should have checked before taking out the box, we replied this was ridiculous as how could we tell a new packaged air bed was faulty. We have phoned customer services 4 to 5 times after spending hours getting through. Was sent back to shop in Luton who have refused to change without customer service authorisation who she said was shut. This assistant was rude to my wife, argued that my wife had told her different (basically calling the customer a liar). This assistant was non other than an assistant manager, which could not exchange a faulty product for another, who couldn't be polite to the customer and was in fact as useful as the faulty air bed. I would recommend anybody thinking of using this company to avoid at all costs as their customer service falls well below even the lowest of low standards, their products are not much better either. I WILL BE CONTACTING TRADING STANDARDS regarding this as they haven't adhered to even the basic customer rights whatsoever. Sadly smaller better companies have gone under yet this joke of a business still goes. Absolutely fuming

Useless store, awful customer service faulty product and told to call customer services which close at 5pm! Will be complaining officially waste of time and still without a usable product!

Arrived at 10, not knowing they open at 11. The store manager, George let us in all the same and helped us with Kamran choose our new bed and mattress. Nothing was too much trouble. Best customer service I've received in a long time. Thank you guys.

Purchased a bed, mattress, pillows and topper. Arrived on time, but immediately noticed the mattress didn't look right. Called Homeserve to inspect the mattress and was asked how many years we had owned the mattress. My reply was 3 weeks. The mattress was found to be faulty in 4 separate places . Contacted Customer Services to request a "like for like" replacement. Was told because we had been given discount on our original purchase, this would not e possible. After leaving countless messages with Customer Services without reply was told we would have to pay an additional £300 if we wanted a "like for like" replacement. We settle on £230. Feel like to whole thing was a con. Will I shop at dreams again - never. There service department started off being polite, but ended up being rude and arrogant. My final conversation ended with their representative saying "that's our final offer" and "if you want to take it legal that's up to you. Be aware!! A discount might not be a discount after all. They will get your money further down the line.
