Wow!!! Absolutely fantastic. From the moment I went to Kia Bolton the service was first class. The showroom was spectacular and I don’t think I have ever been in a nicer Dealership. Matt Evans was excellent - not your typical pushy car salesman. I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable and was not rushed with making a decision on which Picanto to go for. Once my decision was made and the order placed Matt kept me informed regularly regarding the updates on my new Kia Picanto GT Line S and nothing was too much trouble. Having bought in excess of twenty cars over the years I can honestly say Matt Evans and Kia Bolton exceeded my expectations!! Absolutely love my new car. Would highly recommend Kia Bolton and especially Matt Evans to anyone. Credit where credit is due to both Matt and Kia Bolton. Thanks again from one very happy customer!!!

My wife and I have purchased four new cars from Bolton Kia over the years and their sales and service is first class. We cannot fault them and don't intend to go anywhere else for our cars... If you want a Kia it's the best place because that's all they do!

Rang parts department gave car details reg number etc ask for relay was told by parts person can't help me I must give them the part number to order parts!! I thought the parts department had the part numbers not the customers!! Need to find a proper Kia dealers.

Waited 40 minutes and then gave up. Phoned later to enquire if we could return, met with indifference and then hostility.
