A charming little hotel where we stayed for two nights. Excellent location, easy street parking. A very stylish, unfussy, comfy room and bed. They provide a very useful local guide to bars/clubs/restaurants. Brilliant location in the Kemptown area a short walk to the centre and an even shorter one to the beach. Steve, who welcomed us was charming and helpful. All in all a very enjoyable experience. Brighton remains a treat. I hope to stay here again when I return.
I stayed in a single room #8 for two nights. They do warn you before booking that it is small. The bed was fine for me - I'm about 174 cm 5' 8" - but would be on the small side for anyone taller. The only issue I had was that the sink in the bathroom is very small which makes a facewash difficult. Otherwise I loved the place and will definitely go back the next time I'm in Brighton.
After a bit of a mistake with the booking which was 100% my fault, Steve the owner soon resolved the issue. We've just had two nights in Red Brighton Blue and would happily recommend it, very nice room and lovely bathroom. No food available, but it's in an area with many eateries, some of whom offer a discount to residents. We'll definitely try to stay again. Rooms: Spacious and well equipped
We were so happy we found this place. Every detail is made with love, everything is truly taken care of and place really feels like home away from home. The owner is so lovely and this will be our choice again once we’re back. Thank you so much!Rooms: 5/5

The owners were super friendly and helpful after my stressful journey to Brighton. The room was well priced, very clean and had everything I needed for my stay. The whole building is pleasant and well presented. Great location, an easy walk into town and so close to the seafront I woke to the lovely sound of the waves each morning. Would definitely stay again!
A beautiful boutique hotel 10mins walk from central Brighton . Really lovely room with attention to detail and great facilities . Super clean and comfy . I would definitely recommend Rooms: Beautifully appointed spotlessly clean well service with lovely extra touches including great tea and coffee and an Easter treat Nearby activities: Brighton pier , the lanes , main town area , plenty beach bars and restaurant , the shopping centre Safety: Key fob access . In room safe box , well lit outside and in Walkability: 10mins along the sea front to Brighton town centre
This is a lovely guest house on a quiet side street in Brighton, just a half block from the coast and an easy walk to the pier. Our room was modern, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Steve and Peter are gracious and welcoming. They have lots of recommendations and suggestions for things to do and places to eat in the area. If we are ever able to get back to Brighton, we'll certainly book a room here again.
Had a great visit here. There was very warm welcome upon arrival and immediately you notice the level of cleanliness, detail, and care that has gone into Red Brighton Blue. The room was lovely and very quiet. Using the local recommendations in our room we had a lovely breakfast at one of the local coffee shops following a good night's sleep. I would 100% return.
This hotel is a real gem. Loved everything about it. It was spotless, the little details like free water and treats were great, bed was very comfortable and bathroom was perfect with an ace shower. Added to that was the welcome from the owners - so warm and personal. I’m staying there again - so should you! Top class!
