Very friendly and helpful staff, and 24h reception opening. great location directly at station. Casual but comfortable stay. The room was functional and quite big. The beds were certainly not the most relaxing ones but great cushions and sheets. Great additional services though as one can leave the luggage during the day of departure.
Friendly staff and very clean. Thankfully they were cleaning the shared bathrooms multiple times per day. I had a single room which was much smaller than the ones in the pictures. Could have used a lamp because the only light was a very bright overhead one and a light above the sink, all on one switch.Rooms: 3/5
The standard rooms are Ok if you are just looking for a place to crash. They are tiny rooms with a bed wide enough to fit a couple. A private bathroom is xtra about £45 per night. Be mindful of that when you make a reservation. Do not take for granted that you get a private bathroom if its not clearly specified in the description. The A/C is also xtra, but opening the window is good enough to bring the room to a nice temperature. I will say, the service is amazing. They were able to accommodate many of our needs, including luggage storage. Staff is very friendly and kind. In addition, the area is a block away from Kings Cross. You can hop in a bus or train very easily to any place in town. I also loved the fact that they let you use the kitchen in the basement. Its got good coffee and a small fridge. I recommend staying. Safety: Never felt threatened in any way. Busy area in what seems to be a safe neighborhood in the middle of town. Walkability: Very centric . About a block from Kings Cross.
As a group of 5 we stayed here for 1 night and it was perfect! Fantastic location and service. For the price, the room is also great. Would absolutely recommend, especially for groups.Rooms: 4/5
Great budget hotel. Friendly, quiet and clean. Stayed there for five nights to explore London as a tourist. Very close to all modes of public transport. If you’re not looking for fancy marble floors and golden taps, I recommend it. Rooms: Small, simple, clean and tidy. Walkability: Close to St Pancras station
Highly recommend this hotel for a short stay! The staff are all super supportive & quick to respond, and haven't run into any issues. The rooms are quite small, but for the value I can't complain. Bathroom is kept clean too. It's in a great location, across the road from the train station. Plenty of nearby shops, markets, restaurants, so not too far from the attractions. It's a quiet location and feels safe. They also let me keep my bags there for free. Before I check in and allow the bags to be kept there the whole day for check out too. Rooms: The room was quite small, mine was on the top floor. But I would say it's worth it for the value. Bathroom is kept clean. Nearby activities: It's across the road to the train station & underground. Plenty of markets, shops, restaurants nearby. Definitely a good location. Safety: It did feel quite safe, the receptionists were all supportive and quick to respond. Had no issues. Walkability: It was on the 4th floor so bit of a walk, but straight forward.

Loved the Princess hotel. It’s beautifully nestled in a side street, near to the St Pancras Station. Also the staff were very helpful. I would definitely come back, and recommend to anyone.Rooms: 4/5
