Very nice. It's convenient. Bedding and towels smell like vinegar and gave me a rash. Shower is nice but would be better if the previous resident hadn't emptied their nasal passage on the wall and a house keeper cleaned it off. The staff are really lovely and attentive, they're honestly wonderful. The hotel is convenient and is here for what you need it to be here for. I've not had the food but it does look amazing. This premier inn has been my favourite so far.
This is a honest opinion... for a Premier Inn.nThe room was clean, tidy and very well prepared as was the rest of the building. The lady behind the desk was very pleasant on my arrival. She made me laugh as she had a collection of pens in her purple hair.nThe staff at the bar and restaurant were equally good and accommodating.nThe food wasn't bad either... the bar surprised me as it served a very good pint of Guinness.....nLocation was stunning for a river-city view and of Old Trafford.nI have stayed in a few Premier Inns and this one was by far one of the best..
We stayed at this Premier Inn whilst visiting Manchester to see family.. fantastic location, just across the road from Manchester United football stadium! If you're lucky you get a room overlooking the stadium, we were not so lucky and our boys were disappointed.. we will ask to move rooms next time. Usual breakfast was fresh and tasty! Room was small with only one light by the door amd we were omly given one towel between 5 of us! Obbiously they had more available at reception. Would definitely stay again, its one of the nicer premier inns that we habe stayed in in Manchester.
Where’s the option for 0 stars? STAY AWAY!!nnOne star only because one member of staff — a lovely lady with pens in her hair — was polite, cheerful, and genuinely kind, which was appreciated after a long day travelling with two children.nnUnfortunately, everything after that was awful. Our room had an overwhelming sewage/poo smell coming from the bathroom, making it completely unusable. When this was reported, another member of staff was rude, arrogant, and extremely disrespectful.nWe were moved to the room next door, which had exactly the same smell — clearly a wider issue. When we returned to reception, the same staff member became patronising rather than helpful, adding even more stress to an already exhausting situation.nWe later spoke to a neighbouring family who were experiencing the same problem but felt reluctant to complain due to how poorly they were treated by this same member of staff at check-in. Is this really Premier Inn’s standard of service?nCompletely unacceptable, especially for a family stay. What should have been a comfortable night turned into frustration and disappointment. Premier Inn usually has a good reputation, which makes this experience even more disappointing.
We had a lovely stay at the Premier Inn Manchester Old Trafford. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has that reliable Premier Inn feel, but what really makes it stand out is the location. It’s right opposite Old Trafford, which is perfect for match days you can’t get much closer!nnIt’s also just a short walk to Salford Quays, where you’ll find plenty of shops, a mall, restaurants, and nice places to explore along the water. It’s a convenient base whether you’re in town for football, sightseeing, or a weekend break.nnFriendly staff, comfy rooms, and an unbeatable location, highly recommended.
