We had an absolutely fantabulous stay at the Premier Inn! Our Plus room was beautifully purple and sparkling clean, the food was nom nom, and the best thing was definitely the staff! Brilliant customer service from Amy who made our stay extra special with a friendly check-in experience and later served us lots of yummy drinks in the bar. Also thanks to the lovely jubbly Maddie who served us more yummy drinks with a big smile :. The breakfast team provided us with vegan bacon and sausages.. yum yum. And housekeeping are doing a fab job! Happy days - we will be back for sure!! Lots of love from the Wigan and St Helens! :.
We visited Manchester on 29/5/26 and stayed at Premier Inn Old Trafford, in a Premium Plus room, really happy from start to finish, Debbie on reception was great, really cheerful and helpful, a lovely welcome.. room very clean and comfy, lovely rainfall shower.. great location for the 02 Warehouse. Fab breakfast in morning well worth the money filled us up nicely for journey home. All staff seemed happy which was nice to see. Will be back.
Great hotel, premier plus room very comfortable and clean, with nice little extras. Location excellent for O2 Victoria Warehouse. Joanne at breakfast was very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend. Great value for money!
We stayed here for 2 nights so we could explore manchester and ready for the game! We were thrilled with the location over the road to old trafford and near transport links.nThe staff at Premier inn have been fantastic but a special mention to Joanne who was always so welcoming, happy and smiley and went the extra mile to make our stay more enjoyable. We cant wait to come back next time to explore more of manchester!!!
My stay at the hotel was really nice. If you're planning to watch a game at Old Trafford, this is a great budget-friendly option. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful, guiding me with everything I needed. I didn't face any issues during my stay.nnThe only downside was the view from my room. If you're someone who enjoys a nice view from the window, make sure you choose your room carefully. Unfortunately, mine overlooked the bins and the communal area!
