I have stayed here many times now and the rooms desperately need an upgrade. The bathrooms are not great at all they need accessible showers in all rooms not baths! As I struggle climbing. Asked for a room with sockets next to bed so I could work and when I spoke to someone they said they don’t have rooms with them. Which is a lie because I’ve stayed in a room which had them before. Had issues with my tv so went down to the lobby to sort this, I was told I was getting another room so packed up my things and headed down into the lobby. I waited there for about an hour only to be told to go back to my room as it had been fixed. Just an inconvenience. I requested room with a shower not a bath and I struggle with climbing only to arrive to a room with a bath I expressed my concerns and nothing was done. I feel the staff do not care about people’s needs at all and just lie. Would never stay here again. You can stay at better hotels in the area.
During my stay on 25 February, the night manager at reception was outstanding. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness did not go unnoticed. She handled the evening with confidence and ensured every detail was taken care of.nIt is rare to encounter someone who combines efficiency with warmth so naturally. She made my stay feel valued rather than transactional.
Really nice hotel, easy walking distance of O2 Victoria Warehouse and Old Trafford football stadium. Price was good compared to others in vicinity, and food and drink in the hotel was not over priced. Would happily stay there again.
Great visit great location but upgrades needed to room/bathroom. We were given a room overlooking the staff smoking area and bins on Valentines day. It felt like we were given the last room in the hotel. Our friends paid less than us and got a view over the quays. Also bar prices were very expensive.
Let's be brutally honest, hotel is past is best and rooms are in dire need of an upgrade. However, F&B was excellent. Breakfast buffet was very good and the chicken curry for dinner was superb. Good location with easy access links via tram.
