I’d like to specifically thank 3 lovely employees. Harmon and Mark who work at reception, they were so kind and accommodating by upgrading my room when the AC wasn’t working. As well as consistently checking up on me to make sure I was comfortable. And Roberto from room service, who constantly served me incredible food and helped me whenever I needed. These 3 employees exceeded my expectations in customer service and made my stay wonderful. They deserve their flowers and I wish them all the best.
You pay for fancy, you get fancy.nnStopped off here for a nightcap, and how thoroughly pleasant it was too! The decor was like something out of a christmas movie, staff were friendly and attentive and there was plenty of comfortable seating.nnI wouldn't stay in a hotel like this because I don't believe in dropping hundreds of pounds on a place you spend most of your time unconscious in, but the bar was great. Obviously some people would be put off by the price tag, but I think it was worth the money.
Excellent service at the Rena Spa I fainted and almost got unconscious after using the hot bath. The staff helped and brought me water and chocolate. They stayed and kept calming me down until I recovered.nnThe reception was nicely decorated and felt really festive when we were there. Was slightly disappointed by the room though was expecting something more over the top with their executive room.
What a great hotel. Went a week before Christmas... on a week day and the place was buzzing. Bar and and lobby area full of people having fun. The place is really nicely done out with high quality furnishings everywhere. In the room the place was immaculately clean, comfy beds and spotless bathroom. Top quality tea bags and shower gels etc etc. We used the gym and spa and it wasn't too busy at all....had a great time. Highly recommended ... will definitely visit again. The check in / checkout staff are also great... efficient and lovely. Thanks for a great stay.
We stayed here for 3 nights for a city break. The hotel was in a fantastic location for exploring the centre and surrounding areas.nnOn arrival, we were issued our room, we had booked our room for a bath, however, we had a shower. A quick phone call to reception and it was rectified immediately.nnOur 2nd room was perfect. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom had Elemis products which smelt gorgeous.nnThe champagne bar was nice and relaxing, we sampled a few of the cocktails on offer.nnWe had room service one morning for breakfast. It was great to select our choices and leave it on the door before 2.30am. 9.30am our hot food arrived with a smile.nnWe used the fitness gym and spa area for an hour, it is worth noting that you have to pre book your slot to use the the pool & saunas.nnOverall, we would recommend the hotel
