A good location to stay if you want to explore Manchester. Staff are friendly and helpful. The toiletries provided are really nice.nBreakfast was delicious, a complete spread at your disposal. When I arrived a little too early, staff member Juanita looked after me so well and offered me a comfortable spot to work with a socket nearby until I could check in later in the afternoon. The staff really makes the place inviting and welcoming! Thank you, Juanita!
We stayed here for 3 nights for a city break. The hotel was in a fantastic location for exploring the centre and surrounding areas.nnOn arrival, we were issued our room, we had booked our room for a bath, however, we had a shower. A quick phone call to reception and it was rectified immediately.nnOur 2nd room was perfect. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom had Elemis products which smelt gorgeous.nnThe champagne bar was nice and relaxing, we sampled a few of the cocktails on offer.nnWe had room service one morning for breakfast. It was great to select our choices and leave it on the door before 2.30am. 9.30am our hot food arrived with a smile.nnWe used the fitness gym and spa area for an hour, it is worth noting that you have to pre book your slot to use the the pool & saunas.nnOverall, we would recommend the hotel
This was the first stay away for us for over 10 years and we absolutely loved it. The Hotel is Beautiful, the staff were all fantastic and welcoming, the room was very nice and the bar area has a lovely relaxed feel. We left feeling as if we’d had a wonderful treat and we’d been made to feel welcome and a valued customer.nPerfect
Just had the best weekend with my friend staying at the Midland Hotel. The derive and staff were amazing!!! The hotel is beautiful inside and out!!! Good and drinks on point I loved it!!! We will be back it was my birthday and was treated with complimentary drinks and chocolates they go above and beyond it was a fantastic stay
Stayed here on Sunday night to see The Offspring @ AO arena. Hotel was busy due to a wedding but check in was quick. All rooms, staff and facilities great. Car parking around corner was discounted if staying hotel. Pool & sauna also excellent. Perfect location approx. 15/20min walk to arena.
